Want Us To Design Your Training Program?

I’m currently accepting applications for my online coaching program.

Here’s what you get:

1. Custom training programs based on your wants, goals, and needs. This is not a cookie-cutter progam. I have a questionnaire that I use, along with photos you will provide, to write your entire program.

2. Nutritional consulting, supplement advice, and eating strategies to reach your goals quickly and safely. We will go through metabolic typing so you will know what types of food work best for you, good vs bad fats, carb types and even some ways to eat out at your favorite restaurants and still enjoy it.

3. Unlimited e-mail access to me. E-mail me about your program, your diet or whatever else you want. I’m not just designing your workouts — I want to help you reach your goals.

Warning: I’m very picky with who I work with. If you’re not willing to work your ass off to make some serious changes to your body, don’t bother contacting me. (Yeah, it sounds mean, but I gotta be firm.)
