It’s that time again. New years resolutions are being made. The top resolution every year is to loose weight or get in shape. One big problem is that after two weeks only fifty percent of people are still working towards the goal. My first tip would be not to choose something that is too extreme. Pick something small, get there and then keep working. If you try to loose 20 lbs without breaking it down then you will most likely not see the results quickly enough and get frustrated. Maybe break it down into five pound goals this way you can see the results and you will keep motivated.
